Project Manager – Architecture

ThYNK design, LLC is an architectural firm based in Hershey, Pennsylvania, providing professional architectural services across a wide range of project types, including retail, office, industrial, healthcare, education, and hospitality. We are dedicated to client-centered design that enhances communities and creates meaningful impact.

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who seeks to learn and grow as a PM and architect, thrives in a challenging and collaborative environment, enjoys balancing design with execution, is eager to take on leadership responsibilities, and is also capable of completing a project on their own. This requires the preferred candidate to bring both the technical interest, expertise and professional knowledge necessary to see a project through from concept to completion.

Responsibilities

  • Work under firm Principals to develop, manage and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a primary point of contact.

  • Oversee project schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.

  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal team members throughout all project phases.

  • Participate in all project facets, including programming, design, preparation of drawings, specifications, and project documentation.

  • Lead multiple projects simultaneously, balancing client needs with design excellence.

  • Collaborate with and provide guidance to technical and project staff, fostering teamwork and growth.

Qualifications

  • Professional degree in Architecture required.

  • Licensure in Architecture preferred; candidates who have completed most of the ARE exams with plans to finalize licensure will be strongly considered.

  • 3–6+ years of professional experience in architectural practice.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with proven ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Proficiency in architectural documentation and design software; Revit and AutoCAD experience preferred.

  • Collaborative, self-motivated, and committed to delivering high-quality design solutions.
